Sailing with respect for the sea

A concrete commitment

Porto dell’Etna stands as one of Italy’s leading examples of concrete commitment to sustainability within the nautical sector.

As early as 2004, it achieved the UNI EN ISO 14001 environmental certification, becoming the first Italian marina to reach this prestigious milestone.

Our commitment

Transparent dedication to the sea and the environment

Our choice stems from a clear vision: integrating environmental protection into every operational activity, from the marina to the shipyard. This path has been built over time through controlled processes, constant vigilance, and a deep sense of responsibility toward the sea and the local territory.

Every activity within the marina and shipyard is designed to safeguard the sea and the seabed, utilizing procedures and monitoring systems focused on prevention and the reduction of environmental impact. A significant portion of our energy is supplied by our on-site photovoltaic system

which generates over 314,000 kWh of solar power annually. This prevents the emission of approximately 674,000 kg of CO₂—a tangible result equivalent to planting thousands of trees, contributing directly to the preservation of our land and sea.
